Reservation & Payment
- Booking Confirmation: A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a holding deposit of ₦60,000.
- Deposit Application: The holding deposit will be applied to your final bill or refunded within 72 hours following a satisfactory check-out.
- Non-Transferable Reservation: Reservations are strictly non-transferable; only the person named on the booking may occupy the apartment.
- Identification: All guests must present valid government-issued identification at check-in.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-In Time: From 12:00 PM onward.
- Check-Out Time: By 10:00 AM sharp.
- Early/Late Arrivals/Departures: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Early Departure: No refund will be issued for unused nights if you choose to vacate before the scheduled check-out date.
Security Deposit
- Amount: A refundable security deposit of ₦60,000 is due at check-in.
- Purpose: Covers potential damages, missing items, or breaches of these terms.
- Refund: Returned within 72 hours after a satisfactory inspection at check-out.
House Rules
- No Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors. A breach will incur a ₦50,000 cleaning fee.
- No Parties or Gatherings: Unauthorized events are grounds for immediate eviction without refund.
- Air Conditioning: Must be turned off when leaving the apartment.
Occupancy Limits:
One-bedroom: Maximum of 3 guests.
Two-bedroom: Maximum of 5 guests.
Only registered guests may stay overnight.
- Internet & Streaming: Network credentials are confidential and must not be shared.
- Cleanliness: The apartment must be left clean and orderly. Additional cleaning fees apply for excessive mess.
Inventory & Inspection
- Inventory Checklist: Guests will review and sign an inventory form at check-in.
- Damages & Missing Items: Any discrepancies noted at check-out will be deducted from the security deposit.
Security & Safety
- CCTV Monitoring: The premises are under 24/7 surveillance.
- Access Control: The gate remains locked at all times; do not admit unknown individuals.
- Reporting Issues: Report any security concerns to management immediately.
Booking Transfer & Early Departure
Non-Transferable: Bookings may not be sublet, assigned, or transferred without prior written approval. Only those named on the original booking may occupy the apartment.
No Refund for Early Departure: Unused nights will not be refunded, regardless of the reason for early departure.
Liability
Teens & Peta’s is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. We recommend securing valuables at all times.
Cancellation Policy
- 7+ Days Notice: Full refund if canceled at least 7 days before check-in.
- Within 7 Days: The Holding deposit is forfeited for cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival.
- Modifications: Changes to bookings are subject to availability and management approval.
Energy Conservation
Please help us conserve energy by turning off lights, fans, air conditioning, and appliances when not in use.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. All guests agree to comply with applicable statutes and regulations.
